This Paper Ship is a design, illustration, and photography studio based out of Saxapahaw, North Carolina, created by husband-and-wife team Joel and Ashley Selby. Joel and Ashley competed against each other to get BFAs in graphic design at Shepherd University and eventually discovered they worked best as a team, launching This Paper Ship in 2009. Their work is diverse as they combine multiple disciplines such as hand lettering, illustration, graphic design, photography, paper craft, and printmaking. Happy to feature them on Poolga again!
